bandwidth usage report

while generating bandwidth usage report.

we are getting the following error..

pls suggest

If you go to Admin -> Manage Components -> Bandwidth Usage Report

What version of the Bandwidth Report are you using?

Also, can you confirm that you have run the switch/router wizard in the past?
