Sorry about the delay, I thought I had sent a PM to your account, but maybe it didn't get through?? I'm sending a PM to your account now with the remote session invitation. We'll need shell or putty access with root permissions, as well as web access to Nagios XI, logged in to both XI and the Core Config Manager.
