Change Language to german

is it possible so change the language to german?

The Core Config Manager has multi-language support, and it will support German, however we currently don't have multi-lingual support for the other aspects of XI. Change the language in the CCM by going to Configure->Core Config Manager->Config Manager Admin->Config Manager Settings. German is one of the options in the drowndown menu.
