Dear Team,
single Ping packet size of Nagios is around 76bytes, please confirm can we reduce the packet size to least possible size if so revert with the details to configure the same in Nagios.

Can you be a little more specific, what packet are you talking about?
Not sure what you mean by this either.if so revert with the details to configure the same in Nagios.

Its an ICMP packets from Nagios server to Routers for ping responce, availablity etc...

The ping checks are pre-compiled, though I can poke around and see if I can nail down a un-compiled version and see if the packet payload can be changed there, though it is unlikely since the first 40 or so bytes contain completely necessary information such as the timestamp, header, etc:

As per your reply, first 40 or so bytes contain completely necessary information such as the timestamp, header, etc.
in Nagios which we are using, single packet has 76 bytes so please confirm can the size can be reduced below 76.
