Multiple Email ID configuration in XI

I have an Email ID configured in NagiosXI for notification. Now I would like to add one more Email ID on which all Nagios alerts will be send.
But when I tried to configured second Email ID with existing one separated by comma & space ( checked both). Giving an below error.
Email address is invalid

Can’t we configured two Email ID in XI for notification ?

Is there any way out ?

Can you show us an example of where you were defining this? The standard way to do this would be to create a contact/user with the new address and assign that contact to your devices for notifications. This can be done while you add the user through Admin > Manage Users, by clicking "add as a monitoring contact." Or through CCM > Contacts > New.

However, I have added user in contact. But problem here is, I am monitoring more than 300 servers & would like to have alerts on New created Email ID.

I can do that using Reconfigure the host, but this I have to perform number of times.
Is there any way out, I can add that Email ID so that along with my existing Email ID, alerts will be send to New ID as well.

Yes under the monitoring contact that was created for your account, we will assume "nagiosadmin" you can enter the CCM > Contacts > Contact name page. Then add the addresses in the list, then save, and apply configuration.
