nagios xi centos ghost devices and page not found

Him guys.

I have a new Nagios XI Install on Centos 6.4 x86_64.

Several problems following addition and removal of hosts / services.
1 - Configure -> Legacy CCM sometimes shows "page not found". Pkilled nagios & restarted - seems to work now.
2 - Configure -> Core config manager -> hosts shows no entries (even nagios host has been removed)
3 - Configure -> Core config manager -> Services is same as above - blank.
4 - Views -> Tactical Overview -> in # Active Host / Service Checks: 20 / 3
5 - Views -> Host Detail -> 20 hosts
6 - Views -> Service Detail -> 3 services.
7 - I tried removing all hosts and services from /usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts, /usr/local/nagios/etc/services
. COnfigure -> CCM -> Apply Configuration -> falure. Re-apply config -> success. Hosts & services get re-created under /usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts, /usr/local/nagios/etc/services

Did you physically delete the 'localhost' host? This host is required to be in the CCM at all times. When did this issue first occur? Were any changes made to the config files / mysql database that could have caused this? Are you logged in with the nagiosadmin account which will allow you to see all hosts and services? And finally, when you installed, was it on a fresh minimal installation where no previous Nagios products were installed or had been installed?

Can you run the Write Config Files tool under CCM > Tools. Click the Go buttons from top to bottom and list the output of each here please. You can block out info that is security related.

The localhost was deleted. I think via Core Config Manager, by others. This issue occured yesterday, not sure what was done to cause it. This is an eval install, and my manager was working on it. Nothing was done manually to cause this. I have however, made changes to my.cnf to hopefully improve mysql performance - I have 48G RAM, had 28G unused, so I added the following:
key_buffer = 5G
myisam_sort_buffer_size = 1G
table_open_cache = 1G
sort_buffer_size = 1G
read_buffer_size = 1G
read_rnd_buffer_size = 1G

This was a fresh install on a @Base server installation. Install went fine.

I have fixed it. Removed all non-localhost entries from backup. Imported all configs from tools. Went into CCM and removed everything but localhost and it's services. Now it's the same as when I originally built it. Thank you for pointing me to the tools section.
