What method does the script use to check sps? SNMP, http, call to a local deamon/tool, etc?

I even deleted the services and re-ran the wizard on them and they still show as failed but the command line shows everything ok

What wizard are you using to monitor the EMC SAN? Also could you link to the plugin you are using specifically please?
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.

Do they only hang up after the weekend tests? Looking through the script, I don't see anything that would cause the sp checks to fail. The web ui just displays what is reported from the plugin. Are you testing the check from the cli as user "nagios"?

Sorry for the delay but they cleared after some reboots of nagios? Something must have hung somewhere
