Re: Graph explorer and (yuck) IE
Are you using compatability mode with IE? That is an interesting possible bug with version checking. I will have to speak with our devs about that. Is it possible to see if another browser shows the same version issue?
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.
Re: Graph explorer and (yuck) IE
it's working perfectly with firefox(of course =D ), but IE 8 running ie8 comparability mode, and ie9 running comp mode 9 same issue. Ie hangs and freezes. I think it may be a java thing. The reports under reports/alert visualizations, all hang.

Re: Graph explorer and (yuck) IE
Could you post an error log in code wraps? Do a running tail on the httpd error log and then try to access one of these broken pages in IE. Post the results of the tail:
Code: Select all
tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_logFormer Nagios employee

Re: Graph explorer and (yuck) IE
Update: Yesterday I had an issue that caused me to manually restart the postgresql service. When I did the graphs worked perfectly, but then over the spam of 15 mins or so the issue resurfaced.

Re: Graph explorer and (yuck) IE
Looks like you need to increase the timeout of your perfdata processing:
In the file: /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/process_perfdata.cfg
Change:
to:
Restart npcd:
You may notice a substantial increase in load and IO while the XI server tries to process all of the previous checkresults.
In the file: /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/process_perfdata.cfg
Change:
Code: Select all
TIMEOUT = 5Code: Select all
TIMEOUT = 15Code: Select all
service npcd restartFormer Nagios employee
