If a service description is added as: "1/0/05_REDE_SERVIDORES_INTERNOS Bandwidth", it becomes "1 0 05_REDE_SERVIDORES_INTERNOS Bandwidth" after added.
This behavior changed from 2011R1.3 to 2012R1.0. Previously, the name was kept as entered.
Latelly it's possible to manually rename each service and the "/" is kept. However it would be a huge work to manually edit each service entry for a switch with 200 services (for instance)

I believe this is because "/" is considered an escaping character in Nagios XI, you may want to look at the Bulk Host Cloning and Import Wizard and use it to re-name your hosts/services.
