Clearing Service Acknowledgements

How can you clear a service acknowledgemet in XI?

You can either remove it as the user who created it, or remove it from Home > Acknowledgements.

When I go to the service, the "Service Notes" Section indicates the "Service problem has been acknowledged"
However just below "Acknowledgements and Comments" it says "No comments or acknowledgements"

However the Services rollup on the host shows the wrench indicating an acknowledgement.

Yet in the home>acknowledgements section this acknowledgement is not listed.

Any Thoughts?

What is the Nagios XI version that you are currently using?

Under Service Status Detail click on the "Advanced" tab, then click on the "Remove problem acknowledgement" to remove the acknowledgement.

"Home->Incident Management->Acknowledgements->Delete" deletes only the comment, not the acknowledgement itself.
