I see that most of your checks are for nrpe or local checks. It also appears that you may have installed mklivestatus, is this correct?
Specifically the check_load and check_swap, are only local checks, despite being run against a hostgroup. Lets check exactly what files you have in perfdata like before but recursive.
Also if you could answer my question above about whether you see host check perfdata, that would be great.

Just a quick question/curiosity: Have you attempted to view the performance graphs in a different browser?
Additionally, can browse directly to a pnp graph url?

I've tried unsuccessfully to display services performance graphs on various browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome).
I'm able to browse directly to any host pnp graph using http://<XI server IP>/nagiosxi/perfgraphs/?&host=<hostname>
This issue is happening to me as well. It started with an NagiosXI update I did back in May, but I just did the 2012R2.2 update and the performance graphing is still empty. I did a sub-component reinstall of PNP which did not fix it, but has fixed it in the past (because this has broken in the past, but only after an update.). I also did a permissions check, and I turned on PNP logging to look for errors.
I post to this topic only to make you all aware I was having the problem as well in the hopes that it can help get it fixed. Please let me know if you want debugging information from me.
We may have to schedule a remote session to further troubleshoot your issue. Please, send us an email at [email protected]. Type "Performace graphs not displayed after upgrade" in the email's subject field. Thanks!
