You can try this patch - replace "/usr/local/nagiosfusion/html/includes/utils-tacdata.inc.php" file with the one below(unzip it first):

thank you, that fixed the problem!!
just some information if you need it, for the other nagios, the ones that are version 3.2.X, this fix on the fusion also worked for them as well, all of them are showing the devies on the tactical view now, so I think it's not needed to have the newer version?
