There is no default web based configuration manager that comes with Nagios, nagiosql is the most popular 3rd party add-on that will provide config management.
Let us know if you have questions nemekhee, as Jsmurphy pointed out, the only product that comes with a web based config UI such as the CCM is Nagios XI. The add-on listed above is your best bet.
