User adding a copy of the e-mail alerts from Nagios

Good morning,

I wonder how do I add users in copies of e-mails alerts of Nagios. Currently I have a group that receives the emails, however need to add a copy of the User some alerts.

At this time performed the following configuration:

created the contact and timeperiod he receives e-mails, however the way that Nagios sends two emails, one for the standard group and another for this User.

I would like to forward a single email with the User in this copy? How do I perform this configuration?

Not sure this is quite clear enough, are you trying to set up multiple contacts to receive the same email? Or are you talking about escalations?:
