Hello Guys
we are trying to monitor Switches with Nagios Xi, but since last 2 days am noticing that we are not able to monitor Bandwidth it just shows OK - Current BW in: 0Mbps Out: 0Mbps
for all the Ports of every Switches,and also we are not able to extract reports.

Are you running behind a proxy or using SSL? In my reading this issue seemed to occur only two times, once back in 2010, and again between 2012 r1.7 and r1.9, is an upgrade out of the question?
What changes do you remember making before this started to occur?
No, in this environment there is No SSL enabled nor are we using Proxy, we have installed this instance on VMWARE, mysql DB is been offloaded & we are using MOD_GEARMAN to distribute Load and have done samba share of /var/lib/mrtg for mod_gearman_worker on other server to read .rrd files on nagios server ,it is a Clean installation of Nagios 2012 r1.8
We don't remember making any such changes,except of updating memory before this bandwidth issue occurred, report issue we are facing since we installed the nagiosxi instance, we thought this error would be occurring due to limited resources that was the reason we had upgraded the RAM & CPU CORE.
Do you see any red dots on the --> Home --> Process info Page?

1 query before i start the up-gradation, i know itś very silly but How do i tell the Upgrade script that mine MYSQL is on another server, and also do i have to make any change to mine MOD_GEARMAN setup before i go for upgrade ?
Neither of those should effect the upgrade process.
