I've paid for a license and I have the enterprise version. I'm just not paying for support. Sales directed me to use this forum.

Well, then I guess you are stuck with us on the forums. Just a quick question, are you attempting to use snmp v3 with mrtg? (It is a known issues that it is busted)

I downloaded a new nagios virtual machine and migrated my backup files to it. Graphs now generate.
