Auditing updates made via the qui

Post by nstreahorn »

We currently are using nagios 2.5 across multiple sites and store all of our config files in a CVS repository so as to ensure we have a full audit of all changes that are made. We are planning to upgrade to Nagios XI, but I was wondering that if changes are made to files via the GUI, are there reports that we could run against the DB to query who and when made the changes.

Not currently, no. You would need to add your own script to run a CVS commit after the files were written from the database.
