Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed

Dear Team,

I am trying to configure some hosts and services using run monitoring wizard/ auto discovery options, but i'm facing some error like

"Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed"

I am attaching some of my output files for your reference.

Nagios XI Version : 2012R2.2 | PHP Version: 5.3.3
Offloaded MySQL DB on another virtual machine
16 CPU with 2 cores each | 32 GB RAM | 1 TB HDD
CentOS-6.3 |Total = 4,000 hosts| 40,000 services.

Is httpd and mysqld running?
