Setting notifications with multiple intervals/contacts/opts

Looks like the test is working. I didn't realize that both a host and service were necessary (thought that if the service was assigned then the escalation would be applied to whichever hosts were covered by the service). I used the escalation wizard to set one up to see what the result looked like and then configured another and all was perfect.
