Monitor App logs in Windows?

Post by disrael »

I see there is a cool looking app called LogRobot for monitoring any and all types of *nix logs. Is there anything recommended for monitoring Windows logs, anyone have better luck with one over the other? I see a lot compatible with "Nagios 3.0", but does this make it in compatible with Nagios XI?

Thanks in advance,

Doron

I just started playing around with WMI checks and one of the default checks is checking for errors in the Windows logs. Seems to work well.

You can review the plugin's usage by running the following command in terminal:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_wmi_plus.pl -h
