phpBB not notifying me of new posts

I could not find a generic forum to post this problem in so I picked this forum. Sorry if it is incorrect.

I am trying to be notified when posts are made to this thread:

but, I do not get any email notifications.

I have checked the following:

• Unsubscribe Topic then Subscribe Topic
  User Control Panel - Overview - Manage Subscriptions (It does appear as a "WATCHED TOPICS")
  User Control Panel - Profile - Edit Account settings - Confirmed correct email address in "E-mail address:"
  User Control Panel - Board Preferences - Edit global settings - All are "Yes", except "Hide my online status" and "Pop up window on new private messages"
  My spam folder of my email box

Anything I am missing?

Did you "subscribe topic" (located in the lower left corner of the forum interface)?

I should clarify that I do not get ANY email notifications for any threads to which I am subscribed.

Does this board not actually send emails?

It absolutely does, as I subscribed to the thread yesterday, and was notified, through email, of your responses. Are the emails ending up in your junk/spam folders?

No. I checked my spam folder also.

Is there a way to check on the board's smtp server to see if emails were sent?

Possibly, I will have to get the credentials for the box - may not know until tomorrow.

If you're sending, then, I can close out this thread and go bother my ISP.

If not, we can keep figuring out why it isn't sending.
