I've looked at notification options for contact definitions and there is no flag for acknowledgements.
How can I go about this?

We have a business requirement where we dont want acknowledgement notifications sent to certain contacts (pager) but we do want them send to other (email).

Bandit, I see you are turning into the new standard-bearer . . . of bad news.
@uaslam: Bandit is correct, this not currently a feature. Please add it to the feature list, we are beginning to lock in the potential features for the next release, so now is the time
