So NSClient is allowed but other scripts are not? Could you clarify?

It will be difficult to find a way to properly monitor this without the use of external scripts, what you could do is open an existing plugin which is used for checking these items and then try to create one for your own environment. NSClient++ Already uses certain external scripts for it's basic monitoring. Are you trying to monitor a program installed on your servers which takes care of this? Or is this a solid hardware level setup?

The NSClient must be installed on all Windows machines in the cluster. Then make host entry in Nagios for the cluster using the cluster's IP. I also defined the nodes individually. To monitor the clustered services and volumes you will need to use NRPE. NSClient documentation on setting up newer NRPE setups is not efficient at all. You'll need to create and define NRPE/Server, NRPE/Client, and NRPE Handler sections within the nsclient.ini file.

Thank you for the information, but the thread is about 800 days old at this point, so I will be closing it now.
