Mail notification not working

Dear Team,

I am not getting mail notification alert, i am using Red hat 4.1 version, for mail detail please find enclosed attachment.

The likely problem is that if you are using Amazon ec2 you will need to use SMTP. Setting are in Admin -> Manage Email Settings

how to do smtp setting and where i need to do.

Dear Team,

Previously i was getting mail notification, but i configured same setting in my new nagios setup.
But in this setup not getting mail notification.

Have you configured smtp in XI? To do so, go to Admin --> Manage email settings --> and then configure smtp.
If you continue to have problems, post the output of:

Let me reiterate again. You mail is being denied because you are not using smtp, you are using sendmail. You *NEED* to configure your mail settings for SMTP!

Dear Team,

I used smtp setting, but problem still remain same.
But in my previous nagios setting, i used same send mail setting, it was working fine,now this time why it's not working.

What errors are you receiving now?
Was your previous configuration in the EC2 cloud?
