Sometimes email notification is working and sometimes is not working,for some service notification is working, suddenly i get notification about some service.
I need alert for all the service gets down or up
some issue email notifications

How are you sure that you are not receiving emails sometimes but other times you are? Is this happening on multiple services or on a specific one? You need to provide more information as we can not play guessing games about your environment. I am closing this thread and we can continue this conversation on one of your other email threads you have opened today once those problems are resolved.
