I've got Fusion setup with several individual user accounts (user1, user2, etc). The Managed Fused Servers authenticate via session on a general roll account (fusion-admin) with limited security settings.
To my understanding, when a user (userX) logs into Fusion they gain authorization level of the roll account (fusion-admin). Which is fine. However, when requesting to acknowledge a host/service problem I'd like the information to be in the individual UID (userX), not fusion-admin. Is this possible and if so, how?

It isn't possible yet, but it's one of the major feature additions on the roadmap for Fusion. Where I'd like to take it is that a primary account fetches the data for local caching, but when a user actually drills down into Nagios XI they do so with their own credentials. Each Fusion user could then have their own set of stored credentials.
Re: Acknowledge a problem as.
Looking forward to it. Though it may become tedious keeping user accounts across multiple XI servers in sync.
One thing to keep in mind is if a user account isn't available on a particular host, then fall back to primary defaults or warn.
Do you have a tentative release date?

Heya TBT,
The next release date should probably be within 30 days. There are still a few things which need to be added.

Just an extra note on this, the multi-user feature hasn't been developed yet, and will be a major feature addition to Fusion, so we don't have an ETA on that feature yet.

What is the status of this feature?

At this point it is added to our list of to-do's but there is no exact date. If this is something on a more immediate basis, you might try discussing custom development with sales. Otherwise rest assured that it is planned, and we have not forgotten about this idea!
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.

You will want to contact sales on this, though there is no active development on Fusion at this moment due to other projects, if you place a feature request in our tracker you will be able to monitor it as/if it is implemented:

Just an FYI - I created a feature request for this as I did not see one after searching the tracker. #443slansing wrote:You will want to contact sales on this, though there is no active development on Fusion at this moment due to other projects, if you place a feature request in our tracker you will be able to monitor it as/if it is implemented:
