Highcharts in PDF's don't seem to render

Hello,

I just scheduled a report for a dashboard and apparently the highcharts in the dashboards are not rendered in the pdf. Is this a known issue? All dashlets are rendered as normal, but the highcharts are just rendered completely blank.

Hmm, is this when clicking the download as pdf icon? Or when receiving a emailed report? Which report is this happening to, or are all reports with hicharts graphs displaying this issue.

Can you send us a screenshot or one of the report pdf's?

It happens when receiving emaild reports. It is in fact a dashboard with some highcharts on that I scheduled to send to some contacts. I'll make you a screenshot Monday.

Included two screenshots, one of the pdf with the blank highcharts and one part of the actual dashboard which should have been rendered. The blue square on the first screenshot is the sport where one of the highcharts should have been.

Can you do the following, run:

Code: Select all

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

And then try to generate the PDF. Once the PDF is generated stop the above log tail and send us the output that should be in your terminal. Thanks!

I just tested this in 2014 R1.2 and it works as expected now. Thread can be closed.
