issue with Windows Agent

I have NagiosXI server installed,
Installed Windows Agent on my MS Domain Controller,
I currently have 2 Domain Controllers
I installed Nagios Agent on one nicely, but it failed for some checks,
like cpu usage, memory
here are the error messages I'm getting (attached screenshot.jpg)
I found this solution online
http://www.nsclient.org/nscp/discussion/topic/1172
when I ran this command
nscp sys --validate, I couldn't get any results (attached screenshot1.jpg)
I also don't have the 'Performance Counter DLL Host' in my Services...

please advise...

What version of nsclient are you running? Did you use our stable agent from the wizard (0.39), or one of the "unstable" .40 version?

I'm running NSCP-0.4.1.101-x64, NSCP-0.4.1.101-Win32

My suggestion would be to roll back to 0.39 (the "stable" agent available in our wizard) as it will be easier to resolve than the missing libraries/modules. (unless you have already deployed to a large number of servers)

I already deployed to 15 Windows Servers/VM
they all work except for this specific one
I'm trying to figure out if there's a service I need to start that's related to this PDH counter...
I also got this working on another domain controller mirror, so it must be some configuration issue...

Do you have a "modules" folder in the nsclient program directory? If so, what files are in it?

Can you send one of us a copy via PM of your nsclient.log file? It will be located in NSClient++'s home directory.

The version of NSClient++ you are using could be a bit buggy and it may be isolated to only this server. However, lets first try a couple things, one would be rebuilding your performance counters. From command prompt run:

lodctr /R

Then restart the nsclient service, and try to schedule and immediate check for your cpu check service in nagios XI.

I went that route, installed the stable 0.39 agent 32 bit,
ran the command lodctr /R, and restarted the agent
same results...
