How to send alert to different contact for w and critical

Hi All,

Can we set up the alert for a service so that it can send the alert to different group for warning and different group forCritical ?
for example

if Service---- warning ---- send alert to Contact Group1(Only)
Critical------ send alert to Contact Group1 and Contact Group2

Yes, you would set this up with the contacts themselves, you would need to make sure group 1 does not have critical alerts allowed, and group 2 does not have warning alerts allowed, then assign both groups to the host/service.
