2012R2.3 Update scrambled mobile notification subject line

Well this is weird. Nothing looks different in the XI web gui config, but something broke the Subject line in mobile notifications. It is just a bunch of jibberish now:

Interesting, just to verify while we test this, you did not alter the mobile message correct? Also could you post the current notification for settings for mobile messaging please.

We confirmed this is a bug, introduced in 2012R2.3. We are working on fixing this ASAP and will let you know when we have a patch.

Unzip and place in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/
