Locked up Core Manager items
Locked up Core Manager items
In the Core Config Manager, when I click on any of the Hosts, Services, Host Groups... I get no response. Same thing for the Write Config Files.
Re: Locked up Core Manager items
Go to Admin->Reset Security Credentials, and click on the "Update Credentials" button, without changing or anything. Let me know if this helped.

Can you click on the "Hosts" or "Services" under the CCM, then run the following command, and port the output?
Code: Select all
tail 20 /var/log/httpd/error_logBe sure to check out our Knowledgebase for helpful articles and solutions!
Re: Locked up Core Manager items
Well now got a "database error" and it kicked me out of Config Mgr. Couldn't log in so I refreshed and now the page won't even come up.

Re: Locked up Core Manager items
What was the exact error you saw? Are you not able to enter the Configure page and then the CCM?
Re: Locked up Core Manager items
Ok so finally got fed up and rebooted. Able to log on and click on Hosts etc...
Re: Locked up Core Manager items
Still new to Nagios so still learning... The reason I got to that point was I wasn't quite sure why I wasn't getting services so like a dummy I deleted all of the default services in Config Mgr. Now if I add them back it is telling me I have dupes. Do I need to open a new thread or can you help me out on this one?
