Notifications When a service is down

When ever a service is down, I am receiving two notifications {One Service alert and one Host Alert}
What do i do to just receive Service Alert when a service is down not both

Check your contacts notification commands. There is a good chance the contact has more than one command set for "manage service notification commands" under you contact in the ccm.

Under Manage service notification commands i have only one command set that is xi_service_notification_handler
