issue with Windows Agent

Can you send a copy of your nsclient.log file? It should be in your installation directory. Also, what version of Windows is this, and have you verified it is NOT 64-bit?

it is MS Windows Server 2003 R2
I verified it is 32 bit, I got it working on another identical machine...

I tried resetting my counters 'lodctr /R' and install the last stable version agent, but same results

Is your nsclient user a part of the performance counter group?

no, I have Performance Log Users and Performance Monitor Users,
I have another server that replicates this server, they both have the same setup....
the other server does work, and I'm using the Local System Account to run nsclient

Actually, run the following from the command prompt:

lodctr /R

Open the Performance Monitor and re-add the counters you need. Lastly, restart the nsclient++ service.
