What precisely are you meaning by link delay and jitter? Is this for a specific protocol or type of device?

the interfaces are pos and fastethernet and gigabitethernet on routers switches and firewalls
they are connected via static route I want to know how much is the delay and jitter for a packet to get from one hop to another?

We still need to know what specific data you are trying to pull from your interface. If this is what you are trying to pull from them "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jitter" I doubt that your hardware will display any of this, if it does please let us know and we can move forward.
