Hello,
I have verified this bug against Nagios v 1.0 and 1.1.
When you disabled event handlers then restart Nagios, when the system
comes back up the passive checks are disabled. If you restart again,
it flips back and event handlers are disabled, and so on.
Anyone seen this or have a patch for it?
