Core Configuration Manager - Deleting the wrong objects

Post by Box293 »

If I select multiple objects in Core Configuration Manager but then delete another object that is not selected, the selected objects ALSO get deleted.

In the screenshot below, I selected the first two objects and then I clicked the delete icon for the third object.
01 Before I click delete for the 0_win_usage_disk_c.png
I am prompted asking if I want to delete the object 0_win_usage_disk_c:
I click Yes

When the screen refreshes all three objects are deleted. The objects that were selected should not have been deleted.
02 After.png
An unusual set of circumstances and I avoid this activity since I discovered it (we all work in strange ways ;) ).

Nagios XI 2009R1.4 running on a VMware VM on an ESXi 4.1 host.

Yeah, the reason that's happening is that it's all part of the same form element, which isn't a very good idea. As we work on revising the front-end of the CCM we'll have to keep that in mind.
