[Nagios-devel] nsclient new features.

I want to add some new features to the nsclient, like support to run
remote programs much like nrpe-nt and WMI but I can not locate the
author to ask him if I can do that. I've tried to talk to him via his
homepage, http://nsclient.ready2run.nl/.
Does anybody know if the code is opensource or how could I get in
touch with him?
