Regarding the command options:
'Sticky Acknowledgement', 'Send Notification' and 'Persistent Comment'

We use other default, and the question is to make it possible to make it
possible to set the wanted default parameters for 'Sticky Acknowledgement',
'Send Notification' and 'Persistent Comment' into the cgi.cfg file
