I am having a similar problem - I am running, Version 3.0.2 and start a
server as the fail-over server, so I start with disable_notificaitons and
stop_executing_service checks, both set to 0 as per the documentation. I
have a script wich then monitors the primary and will enable both the
notifications and service checks (this part works) I have verified that
notifications and service checks are being executed (have pnp so pretty
graphs to show)
Attached is the event, I however, did not receive any notification (have
checked my maillogs and nothing was sent)
