I use distribute schema of monitoring.
After changes same parameters (sorry, I can't restore list of changes. But all changes I made in config. Not on web-interface. In some moment I write, what all checks is active, after I switch off active checks) on central server, I get strange situation on this:
In config all service and host checks marked as passive, but on web-interface I can look, what it is a active checks. As result, I get situation:
16:05:02 OK (passive check)
16:05:35 UNKNOWN (not get result of passive checks and run active check)
After renaming files:
comments.dat
downtime.dat
objects.cache
retention.dat
and restarting nagios, I get worked system.
In retention file for all hosts and checks I can see, what all active checks enabled.
It's a bug or feature?
