Thanks for the patches. Test failed, then with the CGI fix, the test
passed. Brilliant! Applied into CVS now.

BTW, the current thinking is that no_plan is sufficient, instead of
trying to keep count of the number of tests. I tend to use no_plan but
if there is a failure, exit with an exception:
