How to monitor with MIBs ?

Ok.
I know the OID for the state port. With snmpwalk in command line, I can see all states of my switch ports.
Now I want to integrate this in Nagios, to see the state of all ports of my switch.
And I don't really konw how to do.

If you are just looking to monitor the ports and interfaces. I would highly suggest you try running the network switch and router wizard against that device and see if it is able to poll information as you would like. This is built into XI for you.
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.
