You cannot use a nagios user macro in a shell command as it will not be interpreted. You need to define the full path to your netapp plugin.

i just uploaded that is it right but from command prompt its working fine not from the nagiosxi.What else? Kindly update.

Are you not required to pass the perl path in the check? It looks like it works without it, can you update your command definition in Configure > CCM > Commands to change that? Only keep the section from $USER1$ on. And save, apply configuration, then try to check the service again.

Can you share your service configuration:
CCM > Services > netapp check service > Click the blue diskette icon and share the text. Do the same for the command definition listed in that service configuration. That command will be located under CCM > Commands

Blue diskette icon is available only for CCM > Services > netapp check service not for CCM > Commands. So i attached it. Kindly update on this.

Also, what is the output from the following
