pdf reports not rendering (blank page) wkhtmltopdf not found

I see others have run into this already.
Users reported that the 'pdf' links stopped working after installing
nagios XI version 2012R2.4.
One thread suggested checking for /usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf and sure enough
it's not there. It looks like they were given a 0.10-something version.
I checked on the web, but I don't see that version.
I downloaded wkhtmltopdf-0.11.0_rc1-static-amd64.tar.bz2 from
http://code.google.com/p/wkhtmltopdf/downloads
and that seems to work for now.
