How to update NRPE on NagiosXI

Hello,

Is NRPE automatically updated with a Nagios Update?

If not, how do i update the NRPE-plugin on NagiosXI
Already updated the NRPE Config Wizzard. (easy)

Are you trying to update "check_nrpe" on the Nagios XI server or the plugins on the remote machine? If you want to update check_nrpe, you will have to download the latest version and recompile.

On the server, is there a manual how to do it?

Yes the XI server only uses check_nrpe. You would need to go through re-compiling the plugins package for the latest version. Or recompiling check_nrpe itself, please follow this link and re-compile NRPE:
