License limits exceeded

Post by toleolu »

I think I messed up. I tried to enable the 60 day trail on the Enterprise Features and it came back and said I exceed my limits because I was only allowed 7 hosts. At the time, I thought that was just for the Enterprise Features, but now I can't see any host or service details in Nagios XI.

Is there a fix for this or do I have to blow this VM away again?

Thanks

Go to Admin --> License information. Remove "FREE" from the license field and bullet "licensed" and update settings. Then try to enable the enterprise trial.
