Missing components after upgrade to 2012R2.5

Hello,

just upgraded from 2012R2.1 to 2012R2.5 and the upgrade went smooth without issues.
First thing I noticed after logging in are the missing graphs in the dashboards. Further examination showed that I am missing components like

Graph Explorer
Mass Acknowledge

in my left pane on the Home page. I tried re-adding these components in the Admin page, they got added, but do not show in the component list.

Any ideas?

So the upload was successful from the Admin > Manage Components page but you do not see them in the list? Can you try re-uploading the graph explorer and then show us the output of:

tail -30 /var/log/httpd/error_log
I'd also recommend trying to run the upgrade script again.

Did you compensate for the difference in your directory structure, or did the upgrade/install assume the default locations? (are you using sym links, etc?) It looks like the ccm component is having troubles as it is that component which handles the MENU_CCM var.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It was the permission settings in the includes directory.
This solved the issue and all is good.
