Plugin check_em1.pl is not available after upload.

I need the check_em1 plugin to monitor my Sensatronics environmental device, like I do in Nagios Core. I downloaded the plugin zip file, and uploaded the plugin for which I got a successful installation. In the manage plugins list, the check_em1.pl is listed, but when I try to add a service, check_em1 does not appear in the 'check command' drop down list. I have notice that in the manage plugins list, check_em1.pl is the only plugin with the owner and group set to apache. All other plugins are root or nagios. Any help getting the Sensatronics device monitored would be greatly appreciated.

You still have to define a check command through the Core Config Manager->Commands page before it will show up in the dropdown list. Take a look at one of the other check commands as an example as to how to define a new check command. Let us know if you hit snags or need more detail on this.
