Missing hostgroups after upgrade to 2012R2.5

Upgraded from 2.2 to 2.5 today to fix issue with Mass Acknowledge.

After the upgrade, I'm getting errors applying settings:

Error: Could not find any hostgroup matching...

Go look at CCM and it's back to the default hostgroups. None of my custom hostgroups are there. In the web UI, they still show up under Hostgroup Summary...

Also had weird things, like a Dell OpenManage wizard get disabled.

Did you run a ./upgrade or a ./fullinstall?

I went ahead and rolled back to a previous snapshot and everything looks good. Doesn't appear to have any compatibility issues with the new code.

Update on MassAcknowledge, still doesn't appear to work in 2.5. If I try to mass-ack, I get nothing. Manual ack of each individual service is the only way to go.

Under Admin > Manage Components > What is the version of your Mass Acknowledge component?
