Email functionality failing after 2012 upgrade

What version of Nagios XI are you using? Nagios XI 2012R2.5
Linux Distribution and version? CentOS release 5.4
32 or 64bit? 32 bit
VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? vmware image

I just completed an upgrade from 2009 to 2012. The upgrade went well, with the exception of mail is no longer working correctly. None of the mail settings were changed when we initiated the upgrade, and mail is successful from the command line of the O/S.

We are utilizing sendmail and sending it as relayed messages.

Excerpt from /var/log/maillog:

Notifications are enabled for the account that I am sending test notifications on. Any help would be appreciated!

What are you getting from smtp.ds.stocksupply.com for logs, because this log has stat=Sent
